After analyzing segmented structures of interest, the Definiens Developer XD feature toolbox produces a comprehensive, high dimensional readout that is straightforward and easy to implement.

The resulting data that Definiens Developer XD can generate include parameter reports, various raster files, magnification, polygons, binary masks and more. Exported results are stored conveniently in their respective workspace folder. Workspace folders group semantically similar data together, making accessing and reviewing exported results very simple. Exported statistics can be set up per detected object, per class or per image.  

In addition to reviewing the exported data files directly, users can take advantage of various reviewing instruments available within Definiens Developer XD to display results after batch processing, such as in a heat map view or as 2D scatter plot. These depictions and diagrams can in turn be manually exported for further quantification and documentation.
