Working with Definiens Developer XD allows you to cover all aspects of developing and implementing advanced image analysis. From straightforward importing, rapid prototyping, testing and robustness tuning to full production mode, everything is controlled through the Definiens Developer XD client.

The Definiens Developer XD user interface enables you to use the powerful Definiens Cognition Network Technology® for your own image analysis tasks. For writing your analysis protocols, so called rule sets, Definiens provides a comfortable and versatile process editor for its proprietary graphical scripting language, Cognition Network Language (CNL).

A viewing pane offers a wide variety of possible graphical configurations and allows you to visualize original images and image analysis results at every stage of the process. This provides feedback on every step of analysis, making development convenient and facilitating rapid prototyping.

The Definiens Developer XD interface offers full access to the properties of each object (Feature), including the relationships between other objects in your images.
